Appreciated exceptionally nice and accommodating staff and big hotel.

The location was remote, so close to the Termales by public bus, a beautiful creek surrounded by the most beautiful tropical vegetation, and the waterfalls and pools. The room with a view. I spent 2 nights and will choose the place for future trips.

Modern hip new place with beautiful location near another area of the thermals, waterfalls and thermal springs, and the mountains and majestic water fall. The rooms - well-appointed, big size with a king size bed and a nice view, for example. Genuinely helpful staff at all times.

I had a relaxing stay at this incredibly beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive and fabulously friendly. The room was reasonably spacious and had a nice view. The amazing breakfast and the location made my stay even better.

This place is modern and really nice, with super friendly staff and a beautiful location in the mountains 🏔️. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with a comfy couch and a hot shower.

A well-maintained and incredibly beautiful hotel in Santa Rosa de Cabal. New-fashioned superior family room with a nice view, family atmosphere. Reasonably priced and outstanding food. Suitable place for exploring Santa Rosa de Cabal.

The hotel is set in the most stunning environment - with waterfalls and thermal baths that are absolutely amazing. The staff was attentive and provided extra towels whenever we needed them. Although the weather was cold, the hotel provided blankets to keep us warm. The shower in our room had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was also delicious.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the location took my breath away. Surrounded by high mountains and a beautiful waterfall, it was truly a sight to behold. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with big and cozy beds. The bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided, which offered a delicious variety of options. The view from the hotel was simply stunning.

The service at the hotel left much to be desired.
